To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the delivery incurs additional costs or requires collection from a courier's local branch.
We also reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions set out above.
In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

A fee of €4.90, corresponding to the shipping costs, will be deducted from the total refund amount.
