Refund policy
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@lotto-eyewear.com for instructions on how and where to ship the package. Returns should only be shipped after receiving authorization from our customer service department.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damages or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and make sure to fix it.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, within 3 business days you will receive your refund automatically through your original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and make the refund visible.
An amount of 4.90€ corresponding to shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
